Make LOVE the Bottom Line

What will be the first thing comes into your mind when you heard the word “bottom line”?

Most of the people will think of it as profit, money , finances. In such a picture

This has become a habitual or automatic thought as our lives these days are excessively about money, survival. Seemingly , our life is immensely ruled by economy

Would you agree ? (Economy means the state of a country or region in terms of the production and consumption of goods and services and the supply of money.)

Is human’s life always just about economy, profit & loss, money,?

On Nov 8th, while waiting for the America’s President- Elect Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to give their victory speeches, I noticed the slides displayed “The people have chosen:Empathy, Truth, Hope, and Decency”, one after another was being displayed at the screen by side of the huge stage. . These are attributes of love.

The people of America had made a wise choice to make LOVE as the bottom line to heal the America

As I reflect what is going on , the complexity and calamity that we are in now, this line Make Love the bottom line , an excerpt from Marianne Williamson’s book “ THE LAW OF DIVINE COMPENSATION: On Work, Money, and Miracles" kept popping up in my mind.

Love encompasses kindness, compassion, forgiveness, respect, non-judgmental, empowerment, affection, support, empathy, truth, joy, peace, happiness and you name it

Bottom line describes the ultimate outcome of a situation or the most important or fundamental facet of that situation

Let’s look at the petals of life, in each petal which represents an area/account of our life, if love is the bottom line of each account, what will that be ( what would you describe) for each account?

Mine Will be something like this :

Family= harmony & bonding

Business/career: empowering leader as coach ;

Financial = abundance, happy & peaceful life style

Health= energetic, can play & laugh a lot

Social & friends= love , support, respect

Fun & recreation = having me time to play, photography,

Personal growth = compassion & kindness and U turn to love
